Omax3m aims to increase its skincare product sales by leveraging social commerce and optimizing its Shopify platform. The current challenge is to effectively integrate social media channels with the Shopify store to drive higher traffic and conversion rates. The goal is to create a seamless shopping experience that encourages customer engagement and boosts sales. This project will involve analyzing current social media strategies, identifying key areas for improvement, and implementing Shopify enhancements. The team will focus on optimizing product listings, improving user experience, and integrating social media platforms to create a cohesive marketing strategy. By applying classroom knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce, learners will help Omax3m achieve a more robust online presence and increased sales.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a comprehensive report detailing the analysis of current social media and Shopify strategies, along with recommendations for improvements. Additionally, the team will implement selected Shopify optimizations and social media integrations. A presentation summarizing the findings and outcomes of the project will also be delivered. The goal is to provide Omax3m with actionable insights and tangible improvements to their online sales strategy.
